1. Term Enrolments

• Cancellations: If you cancel your enrolment at least 7 days prior to the term start date, a full refund (minus a $30 administration fee) will be issued.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the term starting are non-refundable, as materials have already been purchased and your spot has been reserved.
• Mid-Term Withdrawals: We do not offer refunds or credits for withdrawals once the term has commenced.

2. Casual & Intro Classes

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the class start time via our booking portal.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will receive a credit to be used for a future session.
• No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class, or "no-shows" are strictly      non-refundable and cannot be credited.

3. Missed Classes & Make-Ups

• We do not offer refunds for missed classes due to personal illness or change of plans.
• Make-Up Classes: If you miss a session, you may attend a "Make-Up" class in a different time slot within the same term, provided there is space available.
• Please contact us to arrange this. Make-up classes do not carry over to the following term.

4. Studio Cancellations

• In the unlikely event that the studio must cancel a class (e.g., teacher illness), you will be notified immediately and offered a make-up session, a credit, or a full refund for that specific date.
